Dear reader,

As summer approaches and we enter the month of June, we look ahead to another exciting period of opportunity, collaboration, and action in sustainability.

This month, Tecno International is proud to once again take part in London Climate Action Week, one of the leading moments in the global sustainability calendar, bringing together businesses, institutions, innovators, and thought leaders to discuss the solutions shaping a more sustainable future.

Alongside this, we are delighted to return to UCL School of Management for our annual SustainTech Pitching Competition, an initiative that celebrates the next generation of entrepreneurs developing ideas at the intersection of sustainability, technology, and business impact.

Together, these events reflect what lies at the heart of our mission: sharing knowledge, fostering innovation, and creating spaces where sustainability can move from ambition to action.

In this newsletter, we are pleased to introduce both events, which are open to our readers and general public. We look forward to welcoming you, exchanging ideas, and showcasing the potential of SustainTech to drive meaningful and lasting change.

Business & Nature: An Honest Conversation

23 June 2026 | 08:00–09:30 BST UCL School of Management, Level 50, One Canada Square, London

Did you know that around $44 trillion of economic value (more than half of global GDP) is dependent on nature?
So why is it still missing from the balance sheet?

This London Climate Action Week, Tecno International, in collaboration with UCL Centre for Sustainable Business, is bringing together leading voices from sustainability, conservation, finance, investment and business for Business & Nature: An Honest Conversation.

The event will explore how nature-related risks, from biodiversity loss to ecosystem degradation, are already shaping supply chains, investment decisions, regulation, resilience and long-term value creation.

If you want to understand how your business can benefit from nature and turn it from a risk into an opportunity, join us for an honest and practical conversation on the future of business and nature.

Who can join?

The event is open to businesses, sustainability professionals, investors, academics, students, entrepreneurs, and anyone interested in understanding how nature is reshaping the future of business.

Whether you are already working on sustainability strategy or beginning to explore nature-related risks and opportunities, this conversation will offer practical insights, expert perspectives, and an opportunity to connect with others committed to building a more resilient and nature-positive economy.

You can register here.

How can your business turn sustainability into strategic value?

June’s events remind us that sustainability is no longer a separate conversation. From SustainTech innovation to nature-related risks and opportunities, the businesses that lead will be those able to connect ambition with action, and ideas with measurable impact.

As expectations around sustainability continue to evolve, companies are being asked to respond to a wider set of challenges: climate resilience, natural capital, supply-chain visibility, innovation, regulation, investment readiness, and long-term value creation. These pressures can feel complex, but they also create a clear opportunity for forward-thinking organisations to differentiate themselves.

At Tecno International, we support businesses in translating sustainability ambition into practical execution, aligning ESG strategy, digital tools, data systems, reporting, and innovation with growth, resilience, and competitiveness.

Contact us today to explore how we can help accelerate your sustainability journey, strengthen your capabilities, and future-proof your business for the evolving demands of 2026, and join us for our events as we explore the biggest risk and opportunities that sustainability creates for businesses

We look forward to seeing you this June as we continue the conversation on how sustainability can shape the future of business.

“Companies that lead with purpose and strategic insight will be the leaders of the sustainability transition.”
